“I LEFT MY HEART IN SORSOGON” starring Heart Evangelista and Paolo Contis will start airing on November 15 and GMA first introduced its young supporting cast in a zoom presscon.
Dayara Shane as the young Heart who plays the lead character, Celeste. She started as a child actress.
“I didn’t expect to be part of the show and play the young Ate Heart,” she says. “Kinakabahan ako noong una kaya I really prepared for the character, so we will have similarities ni Ate Heart.
"
Sobrang na-pressure ako kaya ginagalingan ko talaga sa bawat scene. But I enjoyed the lock in taping sa Sorsogon kasi sobrang ganda nung lugar at mabait lahat ng katrabaho ko.”

Bryce Eusebio plays the young Paolo Contis as Mikoy. He started with GMA when he was only 7 years old.
“First lock in taping ko ito, so nahirapan ako to cope with it kasi maraming adjustments, like yung hotel quarantine before the taping na bawal kaming lumabas ng kuwarto at nakakulong ka lang doon sa loob,” he says.
“But in Sorsogon, nakabawi kami sa pagkakakulong namin kasi sobrang ganda pala roon. I like my character as the first love ni Celeste but she left Sorsogon to go to Manila and years later, bumalik siya and our characters meet again.”

Elias Point plays James Montinola, the controlling and possessive boyfriend of Kyline Alcantara and contravida to Mavy Legaspi as Basti. He was discovered when he joined Mr. Pogi in “Eat Bulaga”.
“My character is very hotheaded which is not me in real life as I’m always smiling,” he says. “I'm so lucky to be part of this show as everyone in the cast and the crew is very nice.
"I couldn’t expect to be in a better project. Everyone is really supportive. It’s a great learning experience and I love Sorsogon.”
ZONIA MEJIA AS CLAU
Zonia Mejia plays Clau, the best friend of Kyline Alcantara. She started with ABS-CBN.
“I’m now so grateful na mapasama ako rito kasi last minute na ako sinabihan, just in time for our quarantine. But I enjoyed our stay in Sorsogon, para lang kaming nagbakasyon and I get the chance to work with such great actors.”
JENNY GABRIEL as MAYMAY
Jenny Gabriel started as singer in ‘The Clash’ and as the impersonator of Angel Locsin in sing along bars. She now plays Maymay.
“I’m still floating to be part of this show at ang ganda ng role ko as babaeng baklang kababata ni Ate Heart as Celeste. Comic breaker ako rito.
"Sabi ni Direk Mark de la Cruz, careerin mo, actingan talaga ang labanan. Wala akong tiwala sa sarili ko, pero dahil sa tiwala nila sa’kin, lumabas na kaya ko pala ang pagiging comedian ko rito.”
