IT'S SUNDAY & GMA-7 BRINGS YOU ITS MUCH AWAITED WEEKEND MOVIE MARATHON WITH 'LOONEY TUNES', 'CONJURING 2' & 'DANCE OF THE STEEL BARS'

IT’S SUNDAY once again and GMA-7 brings you once more their much awaited weekend movie marathon for the whole family.

This starts with Kapuso Movie Festival featuring the ribtickling original movie, “Looney Tunes: Rabbits Run.”

Lola Bunny invents a perfume that has the adverse effect of turning people invisible, sending her and cab driver Bugs Bunny on the run from the FBI, while another shady group seeks the formula, with much hilarious results sure to tickle your funny bones.

It will be followed by the supernatural horror film about possession and hauntings, “The Conjuring 2”, a big blockbuster when shown in theaters.

Set in 1977, paranormal investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren (played by Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga) travel to England, where a single mother believes that something evil is in her home.

When one of her daughters starts showing signs of demonic possession, Ed and Lorraine attempt to help the besieged girl, only to find themselves targeted by the malicious spirits.

Meanwhile, on GMA Blockbusters, witness a story inspired by actual events in a Filipino prison, the struggles that inmates experience and their quest to feel human again via “Dance of the Steel Bars.”

This riveting feature film about redemption follows Frank Parish (Patrick Bergin), a retired US fireman and philanthropist who finds himself wrongly accused of murder and jailed in the Philippines. The movie about the dancing inmates of Cebu also stars Dingdong Dantes, Joey Paras, and Ricky Davao.

Don’t miss all these movies on Kapuso Movie Festival this Sunday after “iBilib” and “GMA Blockbusters” after “Dear Uge”.
