Introducing The Belladonnas: A New All-Female Song-And-Dance Group Of Seven Sexy Young Girls Who Want To Be The Next Sex Bomb

BELLADONNAS is a new all-female group of seven singing and dancing sexy young girls, with ages ranging from 17 to 20 years old, launched recently at Plaza Ibarra. They were discovered through auditions held by 3:16 Events & Talent Management headed by their Nanay Len Carillo, who also manages the all-male group Clique5, in whose recent concert at Music Museum they were the special guests. The group’s members are:

Quinn - 20 years old, she looks like Desiree del Valle in person but with darker morena good looks. She’s taking up electronics & communications engineering at TIP and is the daughter of their group’s manager, Nanay Len.

Jazzy - 20, she’s already a college graduate, having finished masscomm at FEU.

Chloe - 18, she’s in grade 12 and became controversial during their launch as she admitted having been the girlfriend of Daniel Fernando when she was 17. “Pero move on na po tayo,” she adds. “Matagal na po yun, e. Friends na lang kami ngayon.”

Xie - 18, she’s one of the most photogenic members of their group. Says she joined showbiz to showcase her many talents.

Stiff - 18, from Cebu, where she’s taking up hotel and restaurant management.

Phoebe - 17, she’s from San Mateo, Rizal and can do singing, acting, modeling and dancing with equal ease. She’s in grade 11 on home school.

Rie - 18, she’s currently majoring in the humanities but plans to shift to a tourism course soon.

Asked why they joined the group, their mutual reply is: “Lahat po kami, pangarap naming maging artista.”

Is it true some of them are already on a relationship with Clique5 members? “Ay hindi po,” they say. “Parang magkakapatid lang po kami.”

Their publicist, Leo Bukas, who also hosted the launch, butts in: “Hindi sila puedeng magtalo-talo. Bawal silang ma-in love sa isa’t isa.”

All of them are also family oriented. “Ako po, nagpupursigi akong magtagumpay sa career ko para sa nanay at tatay ko po na nasa Mindoro,” says Xie. “Gusto ko silang tulungan.”

The Belladonnas performed song and dance numbers for the press before they were interviewed. Their first single is entitled “Enjoy and Ride”. They’re now recording their first full album which is intended to be launched before the year is over.

They all sing and dance well, which should not come as a surprise as they took rigid voice lessons with Sweet Plantado-Tiongson of the Company and dance lessons with Mia Pangyarihan of SexBomb, which they consider their role models when it comes to dancing.

“They’ve been under training for about one year now,” says their Nanay Len Carillo. “Dire-diretso yan at ako mismo ang tumutok sa kanila. What’s nice is they’re all willing to learn, very cooperative at walang attitude problem.”

The seven talented young ladies are now also undergoing acting workshops with PETA as they will soon shoot an advocacy movie where they will play students. This will be shown in various schools.
