Benjamin Alves Happy That His Team Up With Julie Anne San Jose In 'Pinulot Ka Lang Sa Lupa' Is Getting A Lot Of Positive Feedback

BENJAMIN ALVES is glad that his tandem with Julie Anne San Jose in “Pinulot Ka Lang sa Lupa” is currently getting a lot of positive feedback from viewers. He says the first time he noticed Julie Anne was when they became classmates in a GMA Artist Center acting workshop.

“Una kong napansin, yung eyes and lips niya,” he says. “Napatingin ako doon kasi parehong maganda. We became good friends in the course of the workshop.”

Now, they’re inseparable because they’re always together in taping “Pinulot Ka Lang sa Lupa” almost every day. Julie Anne has introduced him to her parents and he’s welcome to visit their home
anytime. But he has yet to officially introduce her to his own family.

“Sa Guam kasi nakatira ang buong family ko, e,” he says. “But I’ve told them about Julie Anne and they’re very excited to meet her in person. Everything naman happens at the right time. Sa ngayon, napapanood nila kami sa ‘Pinulot Ka Lang sa Lupa’ on the net and they’re very pleased.”

We ask Julie Anne how it feels to be working with the man who’s being linked to her? “It’s nice kasi I really feel safe with him. Even my parents trust him kasi alam nilang maganda ang ugali niya.”

This week in “Pinulot Ka Lang sa Lupa”, Jean Garcia as Diony adopts LJ Reyes as Angeli as replacement for her daughter who did in a fire. Jean then learns that her own son, Ben Alves as Ephraim, is now training as a mixed martial artist and she’s against this. As for Julie Anne as Santina, she continues to struggle for survival in a very harsh world.
