But Xia gave a very humble answer: “Mas mahusay po siya kasi mas matagal na siyang artista sa’kin. Mas marami na siyang nagawang teleserye. Ako, mas bago kaya kulang pa ko sa training.”
When asked which of the scenes they’ve shot for the show they liked the most, Yesha replied: “Yung pong naliligo ako sa ulan using a firetruck.” As for Xia, “yun pong haunted house scene kasi nakakatakot po talaga.”
Then there’s the teen love team of Jairus Aquino and Sharlene San Pedro, both of them also former child stars who graduated from “Goin’ Bulilit”. Jairus plays Junjun, the brother of Jason Abalos who is the father of Yesha, while Sharlene is Corazon or Heart, a probinsyana who arrives in Manila and becomes Jairus’ love interest.
Finally there’s the love team of young adults Tommy Esguerra and Miho Nishida from Pinoy Big Brother 737. Miho was the big winner and Tommy was her runner up and their on and off cam romance bloomed while they’re both inside Bahay ni Kuya. Miho plays Cindy, a “kasambahay” in the home of Xia Vigor working for her mom, Yam Concepcion. Tommy is Kit, the tutor of Xia who falls in love with Miho. Let’s see if these three tandems will help attract more viewers who’d be glued to the show.
