Born in San Francisco but grew up in Daly City, California, Vincent is the youngest and only boy in their family. He has three older sisters who are all Manila-born and who can all sing. He started acting in high school then studied went to Pacific Conservatory of Performing Arts in Santa Maria for college, making acting his career and taking up musical training in acting, dance and voice.

His first legit musical was the national tour of “42nd Street”. He moved to New York and did several other shows, like “Xanadu”, “Thoroughly Modern Millie”, etc. He also appeared in the Marcos-Ninoy musical, “Here Lies Love”, with another well known Fil-Am actor who played Marcos, Jose Llana.

From theatre, he branched out into television, auditioned for “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend” and got the male lead role no less. Lea Salonga will be their special guest star in their show’s season finale to be aired this April 18. The show is such a hit it has been renewed for a second season.
