Susan Roces On The Success Of 'Ang Probinsyano' & Why Daughter Sen. Grace Poe Is Truly Grace Personified

SUSAN ROCES is so glad that the TV version of her late husband FPJ’s “Ang Probinsyano” is a big hit. “It’s a tribute to him and I’m glad na maganda ang pagkakagawa rito kaya I’m sure happy rin si FPJ wherever he is now,” she says.

Susan no longer wants to talk on her niece’s Sheryl Cruz’ pronouncements against her daughter Sen. Grace Poe.

One thing with Sen. Grace herself is she exhibits so much grace under pressure. No wonder her name is Grace as she is really grace personified.

How will Sen. Grace explain her being so cool and patient even when her detractors are attacking her? Grace at the World Teacher’s Day Celebration in Naga City recently.

She thanked all teachers who continue to do their best to help train and teach our young people even if they get a very low monthly pay. “Gusto ko ring pasalamatan lahat ng mga naging guro ko through the years dahil hindi ko po mararating ang anumang narating ko ngayon kung hindi dahil sa tulong at patnubay nila. Kaya nga, gusto ko talagang isulong ang batas na magdaragdag ng kaukulang suweldo ng mga guro because they really deserve an increase in pay.”
