    Acclaimed Theatre Actress Monique Wilson Ties The Knot With Banker Rossana Abueva In A Same-Sex Wedding In London

    IT'S COMMON KNOWLEDGE that Directors Jun Lana and Perci Intalan were the first showbiz couple who had a same-sex marriage and this was done in New York two years ago. They were followed by Aiza Seguerra and Liza Dino in California last year.

    Today, Sunday, acclaimed theatre actress Monique Wilson is also officially tying the knot with her long time partner (they've been together for 17 years) in another same-sex ceremony to be held in London where they are currently based. Her partner is former banker Rossana Abueva. They are now both actively working with One Billion Rising, an international organization that aims to help women who are victims of rape and violence.
