Empress Schuck Three Months Preggy, Dad Is A Scion Of The Guingona Political Clan From Zamboanga

EMPRESS SCHUCK, who plays Sonia in the current afternoon drama, “Kailan Ba Tama ang Mali?”, has confirmed in “Startalk” last Saturday that she is indeed pregnant. She’s the third ward of talent manager Becky Aguila who got preggy out of wedlock. The other two are Valerie Concepcion and Jennylyn Mercado, who were both able to make a showbiz comeback. It was Jennylyn herself who interviewed Empress in “Startalk”.

Empress started as a child actress on GMA-7 in “Ikaw Lang ang Mamahalin” then moved to ABS-CBN as the dying girl in the 2002 movie “Nine Mornings” that starred Piolo Pascual and Donita Rose and for which she won a best child actress award. As a teen actress, she did “Super Inggo”, did several MMK episodes and starred in her own teleseryes, like “Rosalka” and “Mundo Man ay Magunaw”. She just returned to GMA for “Kailan Ba Tama ang Mali?”

While she was with ABS, Empress was romantically linked to co-actors Ejay Falcon and Joseph Marco, but none of this proved to be true. Now 22 years old, it’s said the father of her baby is Vino Guingona, a non-showbiz guy who’s a scion of the Guingona political clan from Zamboanga. She says they’ve been childhood friends but they officially started going steady for only about a year now.

The reports about her pregnancy started as a blind item but folks concluded that it’s true when she posted this cryptic message in social media: “Sometimes the thing you most want does not happen and sometimes the thing you never expected happens to you.”

She admitted it took a while before her parents were able to accept her condition, especially her mom, but they’re now supportive of her, including her Ate Princess Schuck, who also joined showbiz before. She and her boyfriend have no wedding plans as of now. She plans to make a showbiz comeback right after delivering her love child. Well, what can we say? Good luck!
