Jasmine Curtis Smith Vs. Sister Anne Curtis: Who Will Win?

JASMINE CURTIS SMITH is pitted against her own sister, Anne Curtis, in the UStv Students Choice Awards. They’re both nominated in the Student’s Choice category as best variety show host, Jasmine for her last year’s show on TV5, “Spin Nation”, and Anne for “Showtime”. May the best sister win.

About the current state of her lovelife, Jasmine still won’t confirm or deny the rumors that she has really broken up with Sam Concepcion. But if we’re to draw our own conclusions, we think they’ve really called it quits. Before, it was so easy for Jasmine to say that such rumors are not true. Now, she’s just being evasive.

At the kick off event of the UStv Students’ Choice Awards, Jasmine made a personal appearance and the crowd went wild when she sang Up Dharma Down’s hit song “Tadhana”, a very popular song among the youth these days. While Jasmine herself is doubtful of her singing talent, people would not be able to deny her excellence when it comes to hosting.

Jasmine currently hosts TV5’s streetdance reality contest “Move It: Clash Of The Streetdancers” that airs tonight at 7:00PM. The other nominations for TV5 include “Wow Mali Pa Rin Lakas Ng Tama” as Best Comedy Program, “Talentadong Pinoy 2014” as Best Reality Program, “Aksyon Tonite” as Best News Program, “Yaman Ng Bayan” as Best Documentary Program, PBA as Best Sports Program, and Alagang Kapatid Foundation as Student Leaders’ Choice of Network Foundation. News5 chief Luchi Cruz-Valdes is also nominated as Best Female News Personality.
