Gabby Eigenmann Reveals The Truth About The New Actors & Actresses He's Working With In 'Instadad'

GABBY EIGENMANN'S heartwarming new show, "InstaDad", about a hot eligible bachelor chef, Kenneth, who suddenly discovers that he is actually the father of triplets daughters, is GMA-7's special Easter presentation this coming Sunday to be shown from 4:30 to 5:30 PM. It's not surprising for Gabby to be given this kind of title-roler as his first one, "Dading", was a big hit last year, with him effectively playing a gay substitute dad.

Before this, he was always playing contravida roles, like in "Munting Heredera", for which he won the Golden Screen best supporting actor award. Aside from "InstaDad", he still plays a villain role as the corrupt barangay captain in the primetime soap, "Pari 'Koy". It used to be that his younger half-brother, Sid Lucero, was busier than him. But not anymore since Sid seems to be missing in action lately.

Gabby is pleased that GMA has chosen three new but very talented young actresses to play his three daughters who have different personalities in "InstaDad": Ash Ortega as the eldest, the smart Mayumi or Yumi; Gabbi Garcia as the second child, the tomboyish Marikit, or Kit; and Jazz Ocampo as the youngest, the fashionable Maaya or Aya. "I really treat them as my daughters," says Gabby. "They're all eager to learn at mabilis naman silang matuto about acting kaya masarap silang katrabaho. Gayundin ang young actors na kasama namin as their leading men, Juancho Trivino and Prince Villanueva. Kung pagbubutihin nila ang careers nila, they all have a bright future in showbiz."
