Bianca Umali Says She's Too Young To Go Steady With Miguel Tanfelix

BIANCA UMALI is fast gaining a lot of fans, along with her tween love team with Miguel Tanfelix, as they’re seen nightly on the soap, “Nino”, and in the Sunday night sitcom, “Ismol Family”. She dismisses any talk that she and Miguel are now going steady. “Naku, ang bata-bata pa po namin,” she says. “Magkababata kami at nagkasama na kami sa iba pang shows when we were younger kaya friends lang talaga ang turingan namin.”

At 14, Bianca manages her own finances. Her parents both passed when she was still very young and it’s her lola who raised her. “She used to accompany sa mga taping but now, may edad na rin po siya kaya ayaw nang sumama at napapagod lalo na pag puyatan at malayo ang location namin, like sa “Nino” na sa Magdalena, Laguna kami nagte-taping. So I’m on my own na po at kaya ko naman.”

This week in “Nino”, Miguel Tanfelix as Nino miraculously survives from the burning church with the help of his Tukayo (David Remo), the Sto. Nino come to life. The bad boys who caused the fire tried to blame Nino. Because of the hot summer, there is lack of water in their barangay and the Sto. Nino will tell Nino where to get power for their coconut plantation.
