It’s her third time to be the Box Office Queen and the award will be given to her this coming Sunday at the awards night to be held at Solaire Resorts. She will also get two other awards: Best Female Concert Performer for her “Perfect 10” concert at the Big Dome and Best Female Recording Artist of the Year for her album “Expressions”.
Her movie with Coco will open in theatres on May 28. She plays Steph Asuncion while Coco plays Tonio Bugayong. Some years ago, they have an obvious liking for each other but they have to part ways and when they meet again several years later, Tonio has a new girlfriend, Monica (Ruffa Gutierrez), who happens to be Steph’s boss in the public relations company she works with.
Ruffa will ask Sarah to help re-invent and transform Tonio so he can adjust more easily and be accepted in Ruffa’s classy “sosyal” circle, but this leads to some complications when Tonio realizes he still cares for Steph.
For the first time, Sarah allows herself to be kissed by Coco on the lips on the big screen. Wonder if her reported real life beau, Matteo Guidicelli, won’t get jealous. For her next movie, we believe she should be paired with Matteo as we’re sure it will make their fans who support their off cam romance very much ‘kilig to the bones’.
