She admits she nearly quit showbiz. “I felt nothing was happening in my career when I was with GMA kaya nasabi kong uuwi na lang ako sa amin sa Cebu and help in our family business. But my new manager said, Girl, i-try muna natin sa ABS-CBN. Sabi ko, o sige. And now, heto nga, kasama na ako sa ‘Moon of Desire’ that starts airing on March 31. Sana magtuloy-tuloy na ang acting career ko this time.”
In “Moon of Desire”, she plays Tamara, a rich spoiled girl who’s the daughter of Chinggoy Alonzo, the tycoon who sent JC De Vera to medical school and be a doctor. She’s madly in love with JC but JC becomes attracted to Meg Imperial so it becomes a love triangle for the three of them. “I really want to thank ABS for trusting in me and giving me this good break,” she adds. “This is my most demanding role in a teleserye so far and I promise to do my best para hindi sila mabigo sa akin.”
She doesn’t mind doing sexy scenes in the soap. “So far, nagbikini na ako and seduced JC inside my car. Doon kami nag-love scene.”
