Yasmien Kurdi & Max Collins Renew Their Contracts With GMA Netowrk

TWO KAPUSO ACTRESSES renewed their contracts with GMA-7 a few days ago: Yasmien Kurdi and Max Collins. Present at the contract signing were GMA execs Atty. Felipe L. Gozon, Lilybeth G. Rasonable, Marivin T. Arayata, Redgie A. Magno, Gigi Santiago-Lara, Angela Javier-Cruz.

“I’m very grateful to GMA for accepting me back even after I got married and had a child,” says Yasmien who has lost a lot of the weight she gained during her pregnancy. “Dito ko nagsimula and I’ll always consider myself as a Kapuso. Nagpapasalamat din ako sa magandang role na ibinigay nila sa akin as Angela in ‘Rhodora X’.”
Max, in turn, says she didn’t make a mistake in moving to GMA as she was quickly given a plum role in “Pahiram ng Sandali”. “And now, they’re launching me in ‘Innamorata’ that starts airing this Monday,” she adds. “Natupad na rin ang pangarap kong maging bida sa sarili kong soap.”

Senior Vice President for Entertainment Lilybeth Rasonable both praised the acting of Yasmien in “Rhodora X” and Max in “Innamorata”. “Pareho kayong magaling in your respective roles so we are really happy to have you with us,” she says.
