CONGRATULATIONS to Winnie Monsod, Cheche Lazaro and Pia Hontiveros! They were honored by the Pete Roa Integrated Media Foundation (PRIME) for their outstanding work on telebisyon as gifted and selfless talents and for consistently setting high standards in their productions in the service of the Filipino viewers. This was held recently at the Escaler Hall of the Ateneo de Manila University. PRIME was put up in 2007 by the late Pete Roa’s family and friends to help Mowelfund stroke patients, continuing broadcast education and foster devotion to St. Padre Pio of Pietrelcina. Its board members include Boots Anson-Roa (widow of Pete Roa), Marichu Vera Perez Maceda, Nestor Torre, Dr. Bong Aquino, Atty. Raffy Evangelista, Fred dela Rosa, Jose Mari Chan, Bibsy Carballo and Eddie Roa.
