Bianca King Allowed By GMA-7 To Do 'Obsession' Drama For TV-5

BIANCA KING stars in TV5’s newest weekly drama, “Obsession”, and she’s thankful to GMA-7 for allowing her to do this even if she’s still officially a Kapuso actress. “After I did ‘Maghihintay Pa Rin’, wala pang bagong project for me sa GMA so nagpaalam ako nang maayos and I’m glad na pinayagan nila ako kasi maganda naman talaga ang new show ng TV5 for me,” she says.

The show will be directed by Jay Altarejos, who last directed ‘Legacy’ for GMA, as written by Dinno Erece. Bianca will play the role of a woman who becomes the obsession of Marvin Agustin. Also in the cast are Martin Escudero and Neri Naig. The controversial Neri has obviously recovered from the scandalous videos she had with Parokya ni Edgar’s Chito Miranda as she has also been added into the cast of the Thursday night drama, “Positive”, along with Luis Alandy. “Positive” is now directed by Benedict Mique after Eric Quizon resigned as helmsman of the socially relevant show about AIDS.
