    Vilma Santos - the youngest looking 60 years old

    SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 3, is supposed to be a happy affair for Batangas Vice Gover Vilma Santos and her family but it turned out to be a sad one because her mother-in-law, Mrs. Carmen Gonzales-Recto, passed away last Sunday while they’re on vacation in Cambodia.

    This we learned from Gov. Vi’s girl Friday, Aida Fandialan. Our condolences to Sen. Ralph Recto for the loss of his mother. Let’s all pray for the repose of her soul.

    And still, our belated best wishes to Gov. Vi for her 60th natal day. She’s the youngest looking 60 year old we know and we’re sure the best is yet to come! More power!
