Ruffa Gutierrez Warned By Daughters Not To Fall For A Guy Who's Much Younger Than Her

RUFFA GUTIERREZ says she’ll soon make some big announcements about her career for 2014. Does this include the rumor that she’s going back to ABS-CBN now that her TV5 contract has expired?

“I’m now busy with work sa ABS-CBN but I haven’t signed up with them,” she says. “Right now, I’m shooting the Star Cinema filmfest entry, ‘Girl Boy Bakla Tomboy’. I figure in a love triangle with Joey Marquez and Maricel Soriano, the parents of Vice Ganda. Nang maghiwalay sila, sa’kin dinala ang four title characters noong mga bata pa sila and to be played by Vice Ganda when they grow up. Akong magpapalaki sa kanila. I’m enjoying shooting this movie because Direk Wenn Deramas, who has directed me before in ‘Kokey’, is really so nice to work with. Natigil lang kami for a while when he got sick and was confined in a hospital. But we’re soon resuming the shoot at araw-araw raw kaming magshu-shooting dahil we have a filmfest deadline to meet. After this, there are other projects lined up for me.”

How about her lovelife? Is she dating anyone right now? “None. Walang lovelife. And I’m enjoying it kasi tahimik ang buhay ko. But I’m not closing my doors. Even my daughters encourage me to go out, basta huwag lang daw with someone younger who’s in his 20s.”
