Jean Garcia Has A Younger Man For A Boyfriend & Her Kids Don't Mind It

AFTER PLAYING the role of the mother of a mermaid (Marian Rivera) in “Dyesebel”, a scorpion girl (Louise de los Reyes) in “Alakdana” and a snake girl (Kim Rodriguez) in “Kakambal ni Eliana”, Jean Garcia now plays the mom of a bird girl (Kylie Padilla) in “Adarna”. “Well, alam nyo naman, sa TV, everything is possible,” she says. “Ang kaibhan lang, dito sa ‘Adarna’, nakakalipad din ako like my daughter Kylie. Pareho kaming tinutubuan ng pakpak. Sabay kaming naka-harness para lumipad-lipad at mahirap siya, huh, masakit sa mga hita at singit. Magkasundo kami ni Kylie kasi nakatrabaho ko na siya before in ‘The Good Daughter’ last year.”

She’s obviously a big favorite at GMA as she’s never without a soap. Now, she’s also busy hosting “Love Hotline” (formerly “Personalan”) shown weeknights at 7 PM on GMA News TV. “I’m really thankful dahil tuloy-tuloy lang ang assignments ko sa kanila kaya naman I always make sure na tinutumbasan ko ng tamang trabaho at kakayahan ang pagtitiwala nila sa akin.”

About her lovelife, Jean admits she currently has an inspiration, a businessman who’s a bit younger than her. At 44, Jean looks younger than her age so this is not a problem. “Hindi naman masyadong wide yung age gap namin. I’m really praying na sana, ito na yung true love ko. Kasi, let’s face it, I’m not getting any younger and it’s nice to have a lifetime partner na makakasama mo forever. Ang maganda, he gets along fine with my two kids.”
