War Between Raymart & Claudine, Cesar & Sunshine Escalates & Gets Uglier

THE WAR between estranged couples Raymart Santiago-Claudine Barretto and Cesar Montano-Sunshine Cruz is getting uglier. Raymart has filed his 22-paged affidavit in answer to the domestic violence case Claudine filed against him. He says it pains him to reveal the truth about his ex-wife but he has no choice as he’s just pushed against the wall and has to defend himself. In effect, he says he’s actually the battered husband of Claudine and he showed photos of him black and blue to prove this. He also said that Claudine is a drug user, with testimonies from their house helps. He also has sworn statements from Claudine’s own siblings (Gretchen, Marjorie and JJ Barretto) saying that Claudine is mentally ill.

With regard to Cesar and Sunshine, we thought things have been settled between them when the court gave them equal custody rights of their three children. But Sunshine said a mouthful against her ex-hubby when she guested in “The Buzz”. She said Cesar often tells her “you were just a bold star”. Their three daughters were also interviewed to show they support their mom and said it’s Sunshine who pay for their tuition fees in school. Cesar, in turn, will be a guest in “Startalk” this afternoon to answer Sunshine’s accusations. He has the checks that will prove that he’s sending money regularly to pay for their kids’ tuition fees (fully paid until 2014) and also to pay the monthly rental of the house where Sunshine now lives.
