Alyssa Alano A Year After The Car Accident That Nearly Took Her Life

IT WAS IN October last year that Alyssa Alano figured in a car accident when her car hit a concrete barrier in Marcos Highway and a steel bar pierced her body, threatening her life. It took several months before she recovered fully. Now, almost a year later, she’s back in top form and shows her culinary skills tonight at 6 PM in a cooking demo on “Mars”, GMA News TV’s hit show for women. She’ll prepare her unique chicken in sweet mayo dip recipe.

Then she’ll join hosts Camille Prats and Suzi Abrera in doing the latest dance craze, Bubble Butt, with celebrity choreographer Miggy Eugenio as their instructor. In the Mars Sharing Group, they’ll deal with people with very short attention spans. A psychologist will help enlighten them on how to deal with such people and what to do you in case you yourself is afflicted with this syndrome. Fitness guru Teresa Herrera also teaches them the basics of Modern Yoga.

Tomorrow, the topic is pregnant moms and the special guests are beauty queen Nina Ricci Alagao and Sexbomb Aifah Medina. What will you do if you’re pregnant then you get sick? You can’t just take any medicine as this might affect the baby in your womb. Along with an obstetrician, they offer useful medical advice on the remedies available for preggy moms who get sick. Then Nina shows how to update the usual chicken and pork afritada dish with her secret ingredients that she’ll reveal on TV for the first time. Then they all go to visit two new restos that are attracting a lot of customers, Cucina ni Bunso and Gayuma ni Maria. “Mars” airs weeknights at 6 PM on GNTV.
