Janno Gibbs Says He Is A Changed Man And Is Now More Professional

JANNO GIBBS was asked at the presscon of “Pyra, Babaeng Apoy” what his advice is for newcomers Thea Tolentino and Jeric Gonzales. “Ang advice ko is for them to be punctual at huwag silang male-late,” he says.

The writers present laughed since the advice is coming from someone who is a notorious latecomer. “Noon yun,” he says.

He says that even his bashers on Facebook and Instagram chide him for being a perennial latecomer and for gaining so much weight that he now looks fat.

He doesn’t mind playing a gay role in “Pyra, Babaeng Apoy” as Sir Adian, Thea’s music teacher who acts as her guide and mentor. “I’ve played gay roles naman before, so okay lang.”

Does he miss his friend Ogie Alcasid? “Oo naman. Ilang taon din kaming magkasama every Sunday, di ba?”

Won’t he also move elsewhere? “Wala akong plano. Happy naman ako sa GMA. Spoiled nga ako rito, e. So bakit ako aalis?
