NORA AUNOR is turning 60 today, May 21, and it is to the credit of TV5 that even if her two shows with them, “Sa Ngalan ng Ina” and “Never Say Goodbye”, didn’t deliver the expected high ratings, they’re still treating her to a grand birthday celebration tonight. Our wish for Ate Guy is to be in perfect health, especially at this time when we’ve been hearing all sorts of negative stories about her physical well being. We also wish that she would seriously have her vocal chords rehabilitated soon so she could regain her golden voice. Happy birthday, Ate Guy. Her fans have a new movie to support, “Kuwento ni Mabuti”, directed by Mes de Guzman, an entry in the CineFilipino that opens in Gateway and two other theatre outlets on the last week of June.
