James Yap Got A Lot Of Sympathy For Not Being Able To Greet Son Bimby On His Birthday

WHEN KRIS AQUINO tearfully declared on national TV that she’s resigning from all her shows at the height of her rift with ex-husband James Yap, many readers wrote us to say they believe it’s just a gimmick as it’s common knowledge Kris has contracts with ABS-CBN and she just can’t leave her existing shows. Besides, they add, Kris thrives on being in the public eye, loves all the intrigues that come her way (which is why they won’t leave her), and there’s just no way that she’ll just suddenly forsake her celebrity status when she wallows in it.

Now, they’ve been proven right. ABS itself has just announced that she’s not resigning but will just go on leave. “From the start, alam naman ni Kris that ABS won’t let her go kaya malakas ang loob niyang magdeklarang magre-resign siya,” says someone who’s obviously not fond of Kris. “Alam niyang pipigilan siya.”

Meantime, James got a lot of sympathy when he posted on Instagram a foto of him and their son, Baby James or Bimby, who celebrated his 6th birthday on April 19. Since there’s a TRO filed by Kris prohibiting James to come near their son, James just greeted the boy on social media, saying: “i miss holding your hand, i miss giving u a hug. kahit anong mangyari, lagi mo tatandaan na mahal na mahal ka ni papa! Happy birthday baby James”

The reaction of most netizens is very positive for James and they’re against Kris who’s depriving the boy and his dad of their love for each other.
