Coco Martin On Being Linked To His Leading Ladies: Just Ride On, Baby

ONE THING you can say about Coco Martin is that he certainly knows how to play along with the press. He's aware it’s common for writers to link actors with their leading ladies, so sakay lang siya ng sakay, nakiki-ride on.

At the presscon of “Juan de la Cruz”, writers were pairing him off with Erich Gonzales and he declared that he really tried to woo her but he backed out when he found out “na tagilid ako”. When Erich said he’s already taken, he said “hindi pa tapos ang laban”.

At the ‘A Moment in Time’ presscon, again, he was being teased with Julia Montes (writers just love doing this romantic pairings) and once again, Coco didn’t disappoint them. He said he really wants to woo Julia but she’s too young at 17. When Julia celebrates her debut in April, he said if she’d get him as her escort, then that means “may pag-asa” siya, but if she’d junked him, then that means “busted” siya.

So Coco, sino ba talaga kina Erich o Julia ang talagang tinatarget mo? Or is it all for the sake of “promo-promo”? Whatever the truth maybe, his fans present at the "A Moment in Time" presscon just lap it all off. He's like Piolo Pascual before. He can do no wrong in the eyes of his fans.
