When my family made this decision, we were already sure that an artist tied up with GMA Artist Center such as myself can be co-managed by another talent company because I was offered by top management of GMA to sign a contract with ICONS management just a few months before I signed with Tita Annabelle. I didn't sign with ICONS because they wanted to deduct another 15% on top of the 25% that is being deducted by GMA Artist Center.

Various speculations came up because of this. Someone said she’s pregnant and will just deliver her baby abroad. She denies this vehemently. Another know it all says it’s just a play for her to get out of GMA-7 later, along with Richard. They also deny this. Still another rumor is that she’ll return later to be managed solely by Annabelle, who also denies and said she has dropped Sarah as one of her talents. Yet another rumor says this is just a gimmick of Regal Entertainment to drum up Sarah’s movie with them, “The Seduction”, which pairs her with Richard.
Hmmm, the plot thickens. Personally, we’re really wondering why Sarah is behaving like this when GMA-7 is not neglecting her at all. She’s currently in “Indio” and she’s supposed to do another soap pairing her with Aljur Abrenica. She’s also in the GMA Films horror flick, “Basement”. Compared to other newcomers under GMA Artist Center, mas alagang-alaga siya. So what gives?
If she’s really going to Switzerland, what happens then to her intense love affair with Richard from whom she’s inseparable these days? About this, Sarah says in her Twitter: "I've always thought that long-distance relationships were total crap but then I guess you'll realize that distance means nothing when the person means so much."
Meantime, here’s GMA’s official reply to Sarah’s tweets: “GMA maintains its position that Sarah Lahbati violated her contract with the network. The walk-out incident from a taping of Sarah Lahbati is still being investigated. We welcome Sarah’s denial that she walked out from that taping and her denial will expedite the action(s) we will take depending on the result of our investigation because there will no longer be any need to ask her to explain. We are not going to comment at this time on the other statements of Sarah Lahbati that has no relevance to the violation of her contract with GMA. Sarah Lahbati was discovered by the network and is a homegrown talent developed, trained, and promoted by the network
