Sunyee Maluche & Abel Estanislao: New Gma-7 Teen Love Launched In 'Teen Generation'

TWO NEWCOMERS introduced in GMA-7 “Teen Gen” (Teen Generation) are Sunyee Maluche and Abel Estanislao. Sunyee is a very fair mestiza, being half German, while Abel is a tall Pinoy moreno hunk who looks like a young Aljon Jimenez.

Born on Feb. 11, 1997, Sunyee is the youngest and the tallest among the “Teen Gen” girls at 5’6”. She’s a high school junior at the German-European International School in Bicutan. Her German dad is a photographer-artist. She has done minor roles in TVC’s and appeared with Jessica Sanchez in the Apple de App “Jump In” music video shot while Jessica was here. “Teen Gen” is her first acting try. She plays Drew, a tomboyish girl who plays basketball with the boys, until she falls in love with Abel. So how does she find Abel as a ka-love team?

“Masaya kami lahat sa show kasi we’re bonding well sa workshops,” she says. “We text each other and friends na kami.”

Abel is the youngest of two kids. He and his elder sister are both from UP. “Graduate na siya while I’m majoring in Physical Education,” he says.

Standing 5’11” and having a good physique he got from workouts, Abel is a potential Pinoy hunk ala-Aljur Abrenica. Born on May 19, 1995, he’s a member of the UP judo varsity team. He has never joined a reality show and is managed by Fame Factory who brought him to GMA Artist Center. “First time ko to audition and I’m lucky nakuha ako agad,” he grins.
