Ever Bilena Gets Aurora Rep. Sonny Angara As Their New Endorser For Blackwater Fragrances

AURORA REP. SONNY Angara is flattered that after Christian Bautista and Sam Concepcion, Ever Bilena chose him as the new endorser of their Blackwater Elite line of fragrances for men. Blackwater execs Diocildo Sy, Christine Gabriel and Silliman Sy say they support his senatorial bid as he’s advocating education and employment for our countrymen.

“I think having higher education is the key solution to the problems of our people. They should all have access to good education for them to be gainfully employed,” he says.

Sonny is the son of Sen. Edgardo Angara, who’s former UP President. His mom Gloria was a school teachers and served as CCP president. His wife Tootsie is with ABS-CBN. They have three kids and the eldest is being enticed to join showbiz as a child actor. Is he in favor of the Reproductive Health Bill? “I am, although there are some provisions we can still improve on. The RH bill is about educating the public, especially the youth, on their responsibilities about the family.”

He’s from Aurora, best known for the beautiful coastal town of Baler. How come they don’t try to attract more domestic tourists to visit them? “First kasi yung daan, dati it’s bad, but now, it’s been improved. From 8 hours, 4 to 5 hours na lang ang trip by road via Pantabangan in Nueva Ecija. There are now tours available to take tourists there. We’re asking some of our residents to offer bed and breakfast accommodations to visitors para may matuluyan sila doon.”
