Lovi Poe Has Two Entries In The Metro Filmfest: 'Shake 14' And 'They Womb'

LOVI POE says she doesn’t mind if her new show, “Yesterday’s Bride”, is in the afternoon block and not on primetime like her last one, “Legacy”. “Panghapon man o panggabi, the same effort ang ibinibigay naming lahat kasi the same rin ang production values ng GMA for all their shows,” she says. “For ‘Yesterday’s Bride’, we’re taping not just in Metro-Manila but in Pampanga or in Subic, para authentic talaga ang settings.”

She feels lucky to be part of good shows like this and in the movies, the hit horror flick “Tiktik: Aswang Chronicles” that continues to rake it in the box office.

“I’m really proud nakasama ko in a pioneering film like ‘Tiktik’ at tinangkilik ito ng tao. After this, abangan din nila yung episode ko, ‘Unwanted’, in ‘Shake Rattle & Roll 14’ ni Direk Chito Rono na entry sa Metro Filmfest. Nakakatuwa nga kasi I have two entries pala dahil natanggap na rin doon ang ‘My Womb’ which I did with Nora Aunor.”
