Alden Richards Says Viewers Will Surely Cry As 'One True Love' Ends This Week

ALDEN RICHARDS acknowledges that “One True Love” is the show that helped in establishing his career as a lead actor. In real life, has he really found his “One True Love”?

“Naku, hindi pa,” he says. “At 20, I think malayo pa ang tatakbuhin ng buhay ko before I find my own one true love. At hindi naman ako nagmamadali, lalo’t nagsisimula pa lang ngayon ang career ko. It’ll come, sa tamang panahon. But playing the role of Tisoy in ‘One True Love’ has helped me make some discoveries for myself. I realized the value of patience and determination in achieving your goals. Nakita ko rin ang importance of having a supportive family in your life.”

They had their final taping for the show last Monday as the series is ending this Friday, to be replaced starting next week by the local remake of the Koreanovela “Coffee Prince” starring Aljur Abrenica and Kris Bernal. Alden will just be resting for a while then he’ll tape for “Indio” before he gets reunited with Louise de los Reyes in another romantic drama serial.

“Don’t miss the last few episodes of ‘One True Love’ as it will be a real tearjerker,” says Alden. “Dito nyo makikita kung ano ang mangyayari kay Elise, na siyang ‘One True Love’ ni Tisoy. Dito nyo rin malalaman what will happen to the characters played by Agot Isidro, Jean Garcia, Raymond Bagatsing and Anna Capri. The story is so unforgettable and will stay with you for a long, long time.”
