    Bea Binene At Odds With Lawyer Ferdinand Topacio Over Harassment Issue With Dj Papa Dan

    GMA-7 HOSTED lunch for Bea Binene so she can announce that she and her Mommy Carina plan to file a case against Atty. Ferdinand Topacio for filing charges of child abuse again FM radio DJ Papa Dan Christian Villanueva without asking permission from them. Their lawyer, Atty. Flordeliza Vargas says “they’re studying if they’d file an administrative complaint for conduct unbecoming of a lawyer.”

    Bea said they just asked legal advice from Atty. Topacio last August since they felt Papa Dan is harassing Bea on the air. But they didn’t officially get him as their lawyer since things were eventually ironed out between them and Papa Dan after GMA Network mediated through their own lawyer. Atty. Luz Delfin. Atty. Topacio said he was never informed about this. But GMA Network is also thinking of filing a complaint against Topacio for making some damaging statements about them. They’re now reviewing the interviews with Topacio to see if they could take him to court about this.

    As for Bea, she’ll soon be busy taping a new soap with ka-love team Jake Vargas, tentatively titled “Angelina del Cielo”. This will be pitted against the hit ABS morning soap, “Be Careful with My Heart”.
