Gabby Eigenmann Has Played A Lead Role But Doesn'T Mind Being A Villain Again

GABBY EIGENMANN played a lead role in “Broken Vow” so some folks are wondering why he agreed to do a villain role again in “Sana ay Ikaw Na Nga” that starts airing on Monday replacing “Kasalanan Bang Ibigin Ka”.

“I’m past 30 and I’m not in a position to be choosy,” he says. “Trabaho lang ang hanap ko. Hindi naman ako puedeng mag-demand sa GMA management na kailangan, bida ako lagi. Also, my role in ‘Sana ay Ikaw Na Nga’ as Gilbert Zalameda is not really contravida. It was played by Eric Quizon in the original. Ako yung mag-aalaga kay Andrea Torres as Cecilia after she figures in a fateful accident in the story. I really don’t mind doing villain roles kasi diyan ako nanalo ng first acting award ko as the kontrabida in ‘Munting Heredera’.”
