Unlike Other Actors Who Are Secretive, Carl Guevarra Admits He'S Wooing Kris Bernal

CARL GUEVARRA is thankful that right after “My Beloved”, he quickly got a follow up show, “Hindi Ka Na Mag-iisa”. “Sa ‘My Beloved’, I played a ghost,” he says. “Dito sa ‘Hindi Ka Na Mag-iisa’, tao na ako, hindi multo. I’m a special education teacher na siyang tutulong kay Crystal Reyes, who has the mind of a child kahit dalaga na siya, to have a normal life.”

He denies that he and Kris Bernal are now on. “Nanliligaw pa lang ako. I like her na when we did ‘Last Prince’ but ayokong makasira sa love team nila ni Aljur Abrenica and may boyfriend din siya noon (Jay Perillo.) We met again in a GMA regional tour sa Cebu at nagkakuwentuhan kami. I got her number, text-text, then niyaya ko siyang lumabas. At this point, we’re still getting to know each other better. Mula noong kami ni Daiana Menezes, ngayon lang uli ako nanligaw ng ganito. Malinis ang intentions ko sa kanya.”

What about Jennica Garcia? “We’re paired in several shows, but everyone knows ibang BF niya (Alwyn Uytingco.)”

Kris Bernal was flattered when she heard that Carl admitted courting her. “At least, proud siyang nililigawan niya ako,” she says. “Hindi niya kinakahiya gaya ng iba na nililihim pa. Mabait siya. I can feel he’s sincere and treats me like a princess.”
