Topnotch Filipino Talents Of The 70S And 80S Reunite In Music Museum Concert

VIVA CONCERT and Events once more turns the spotlight on original Filipino talents in ’70s and ’80s Relived. Starring Eugene Villaluz, Jacqui Magno, Ding Mercado, Pat Castillo and Joey Albert, the concert will be held on June 29 and July 6 at the Music Museum. Eugene, Jacqui, Ding, Pat and Joey are acknowledged concert and recording icons in the Philippines. Eugene, and Ding started out as part of The New Minstrels while Pat and Jacqui were with Circus Band. Eugene, Ding, Jackie and Pat have lately been busy with ’70s Relived. The concert series has been playing to full houses for nearly a year with fans, who could not seem to have enough of these performers reliving the hits of the ’70s era. For the new show, they have decided to also explore the music of the ’80s. Joining them in the show will be Joey. She now lives in Canada but would from time to time visit and do special shows in the Philippines. Joey was also a member of The New Minstrels before she went solo. Among her hits were Tell Me, Iisa Pa Lamang, Ikaw Lamang Ang Mamahalin, A Million Miles Away and I Remember The Boy.
