Mikael Daez Denies He's Not Satisfied With His Role In 'My Beloved'

MIKAEL DAEZ made “Temptation Island” in Ilocos Norte a year ago and he got nominated in the Golden Screen Awards for best breakthrough performance. “Gusto ko na nga uli gumawa ng bagong movie,” he says. “Wala pang kasunod, e.”

Is it true he doesn’t like his current role in “My Beloved” as it’s not as meaty as his role in “Amaya”? “Who said that, it’s not true. I like being in a show starring the Dingdong-Marian love team at nasa primetime pa. It’s good exposure for me. Kesa naman nakatengga lang ako. Also, mapupunta sa’kin si Marian Rivera at one point dahil si Dingdong, mapupunta kay Katrina Halili.”

Has he heard that Katrina Halili is pregnant? “No. Totoo ba? Hindi naman malaki ang tiyan sa taping, a. But if it’s true, it’s a blessing. I wish her the best.”
