Five new GMA-7 shows

GMA-7 WILL have five new shows grinding soon. First is Jillian Ward’s “Daldakina”, with Ogie Alcasid and Manilyn Reynes as her parents, plus the love team of Elmo Magalona and Julie Ann San Jose. Then there’s the afternoon drama “Kung Aagawin Mo ang Langit” starring Michelle Madrigal, Carla Abellana and Mike Tan. This will replace “Sisid” starring Jackie Rice that will end this week.

Another new show is the remake of Angelika de la Cruz’ former soap, “Ikaw Lang ang Mamahalin”, this time with the love teams of Barbie Forteza-Joshua Dionisio and Kristoffer Martin-Joyce Ching. We’re just wondering what they’ll do to the characters played by Kris and Joyce in the primetime drama, “Munting Heredera”, where they also play important roles.

Next is “Sundo”, a mystery-drama with Dingdong Dantes and Rhian Ramos. Wonder why GMA is using the title “Sundo” when the Robin Padilla movie of the same title didn’t do so well at the tills when it was shown. Last is “Legacy”, a mature drama with Iza Calzado, Heart Evangelista, TJ Trinidad and Geoff Eigenmann.
