Rufa Mae as she’s a fantastic woman, super kulit, super sweet, super funny to work with,” he says. “Si Lovi Poe naman, I just said crush ko siya tapos lumaki na. I like morena women like her. She’s so sexy, but that doesn’t mean I intend to court her right away. I’m not ready to get into a new relationship yet after I broke up with my girlfriend. Also, I’m so busy with work. I want to give my heart a rest and stay single for a while. I don’t want to give priority to my lovelife now that GMA is giving me a lot of good shows and opportunities.”
His ex-GF is former beauty queen Lia Ramos who he met in Thailand and with whom he was on for more than two years.
