Richard Gomez, a womanizer?

PLAYING THE role of Ruffa Gutierrez’ philandering husband in “Mga Nagbabagang Bulaklak” is a big challenge for Richard Gomez. “As you know very well, I’m not like that in real life, very faithful ako kay Lucy,” he grins. “Wala akong reputation na isa kong womanizer dahil isa-isa lang ako kung makipagrelasyon maski noong araw. I’m also happy to be in this show kasi balik-drama ako rito after doing villain roles in fantasy shows. Nagkasama na kami ni Ruffa noon sa Regal in the movie ‘Bakit Pa Kita Minahal’ ni Chito Rono, but this is our first TV series together. Yung iba pang girls dito, ngayon ko lang makakasama like Sheryl Cruz, Valerie Concepcion, Carla Humphries, Arci Munoz. Even our directors, Jon Red and Cris Pablo, first time ko to work with them so I’m excited.”

So how’s Lucy doing as a congressman for Leyte? “She’s doing very well and she’s now the assistant majority floor leader. I’m proud and happy for my wife as she’s very intelligent and learns so fast. Masipag siya and she’s doing a lot of projects for her district. She’ll definitely run for re-election and I’ll continue to support her.”
