Phil Younghusband wishes Angelica and his fan would settle things amicably

IN AN INTERVIEW with Jessica Soho’s “State of the Nation” on GMA News TV, Phil Younghusband clarified that Angelica Panganiban is wrong in thinking he’s acting in an indie film and neglecting his football career when he should be training for their match in Mongolia.

“The movie, ’Happy Land’ by Jim Libiran, is actually about football,” he says. “My guest appearance there was made last year yet and it’s aimed to promote football. I’m now just focused on training with the Azkals as our goal is really to win the game for the Philippines.”

How does he feel that the altercation between Angelica and one of his fans might end up in court? “It’s sad and unfortunate when things could have been discussed in a civil manner. We’re all Pinoys and we should be supporting each other. I’m hoping it could still be settled amicably and everyone would be happy.”

Like what we’ve said before, huwag kasi patol nang patol.
