How’s ex-BF PJ Valerio? “Last year pa yun. Past is past. He works in Hongkong na.”
Born on July 17, 1991, Queenie is Robin Padilla’s eldest child. Does she still live in a condo with younger sister Kylie? “No more. When she turned 18, she chose to be independent and I understand her. She now lives on her own.” Is Kylie on with Aljur Abrenica? “Of ligaw age na naman siya at mukhang mabait naman si Aljur. But I don’t really know kung anong totoong estado nila.”
Their mom says they’ve changed and it’s better if they didn’t change showbiz. “She’s not forcing us naman to leave showbiz. She just urges us not to forget our being Muslims especially now ang gulo-gulo ng mundo. At wag masyado magpa-sexy. I won’t do bikini scenes naman talaga. I want decent roles lang.”
What about kissing scenes? “Sa’kin, okay lang, basta trabaho.” Her papa might complain. “He’s very professional, so siguro, okay naman yun sa kanya as it’s part of our profession.”
What about the rumor that her stepmom Mariel Rodriguez is a bad influence on them? “That’s not true. Napakabait niya. We’re very close friends and we can see papa is very happy with her.”
How is it working with them in “Tum”? “Nag-bonding kami ng husto sa India kasi kulang sa tao at tulong-tulong kami. The whole experience is unforgettable and I feel so lucky to be able to experience life there as they have a colorful culture that viewers can see when the film opens in theatres on April 6.”
