The three boy finalist in Star circle Quest Kids

THE TOP SIX FINALISTS in “Star Circle Quest: The Search of the Next Kiddie Superstar” have been chosen. We’ll give you profiles of the three boys first and, later, the girls. Kristoff Andrei Meneses is tagged the Future Drama Icon as he does so well in drama scenes, shedding real tears easily. He’s 6, in grade 1 and hails from Imus, Cavite. He was the first runner up in the Sta. Lucia Mall Little Star contest last year. An only child, he’s raised by his single mom. He has yet to see his OFW dad whose own family does not recognize him. “Gusto ko nga pong makilala ang lolo’t lola ko sa daddy ko,” says Kristoff who describes himself as “makulit”.

Peter Angelo Echaluce or Gelo is 5 and comes from Albay in Bicol. He’s in kindergarten and is tagged the Small Boy with the Big Voice as he’s a good singer who won as Birit Bulilit Champion. Describing himself as cute and pogi, his idols are Gary Valenciano and Jovit Baldivino. He’s the third of three kids of fish vendor parents but his two elder sisters both died as babies so he dedicates his songs to them. Aside from singing, he also does comedy and has excellent comic timing.

Clarence William Delgado, 6, is called Little Mr. Funny Guy as he has plenty of knock knock jokes that make viewers laugh. He can also sing and act well. An honor student in kinder whose grade is never below 90, he has won awards for best in language, best in science, best in reading, and also an academic distinction award. He has a younger sister and he grew up in a bakery in Quezon City owned by his parents and grandma.
