Star Circle Quest Kids - Girl Finalists

JANINE BERDIN from Cebu was the last girl to be eliminated from SCQ Kids and the remaining three finalists are Maurice, Veyda, and Brenna. Maurice’s full name is Marliza Victoria Rose Mabutas. She’s 7 and is in grade 1 in Bulacan where their family survived the floods of Ondoy. She was valedictorian in Kinder and a champion in inter-school singing competitions. Her idol is Charice. When she grows up, she wants to be both a singer and a doctor.

Brenna is Brent Joanne Penaflor. She’s 6, also in grade 1 and also from Bulacan. She won as Little Miss Marilao last year and a finalist at the SM Little Star. The president of their class, she’s very mature and responsible for her age. She wants to be an actress as she can memorize lines very fast and can cry on cue.

Veyda is Maria Veighda Angela Inoval, also 6, but in Kinder II at Calauag, Quezon. Known as the Kikay Beauty Queen since she’s a veteran of many kiddie pageants, she can also act, sing, dance and do modelling. She won in the Ms. Proebelian pageant in 2008 and one of the top 5 at the Mall of Asia Rocktoon Fest.

“Star Circle Quest for the Next Kiddie Superstar” is hosted by KC Concepcion and is shown tonight after “TV Patrol”.
