Something big is cooking on Q Channel 11

THE FIRST month of 2011 quickly came and went with so many sad news stories like the Buendia bus bombing, the murder of car traders, the death of 10 construction workers in Makati, corruption in the higher echelons of the military, our president buying expensive cars when he himself calls for simple lifestyles for public officials. Let’s hope February will be a better month since it’s the month of love.

In showbiz, GMA no doubt made waves with its new shows “Dwarfina” and “Machete” rating high. Even their Koreanovelas, “Baker King” and “Temptation of Wife” are beating its rival shows. GMA celebs Dingdong Dantes and Mike Enriquez were honoured as People of the Year. This February, their first salvo is “I Heart You Pare” with Regine Velasquez and Dingdong Dantes that starts on Monday. On the big screen, GMA Films is releasing the much awaited Richard Gutierrez feelgood rom-com in time for the day of hearts, “My Valentine Girls”. Even on their sister station, Q Channel 11, something big is cooking. This Monday, they will reveal the revamps and improvements in their programming on “News on Q” so don’t miss it.
