Truth about Janno Gibbs' depression problem

JANNO GIBBS denies he’s seeking psychiatric help due to depression. What he’s undergoing is sleep therapy due to insomnia. He has realized that he’s often tardy in reporting at “Party Pilipinas” because he’s sleep deprived. He spends the night watching cable TV or DVDs and when sleep finally catches him, it’s almost morning so he wakes up so late. So I want to go back to my former lifestyle na mas active ako. I want to play badminton and golf again at gusto ko ring gumawa uli ng soap para mas dumami ang trabaho ko.”
