Marian Rivera returns home to her native Cavite

MARIAN RIVERA is a true blue Cavitena and she’s glad to return to her roots to promote her filmfest entry, “Super Inday and the Golden Bibe” with a campus tour in Cavite tomorrow, Monday. The Primetime Queen of GMA Network will lead the film’s cast to pay a courtesy call on Congressman Antonio Ferrer, Mayor Luis Ferrer and Councilor Kerby Salazar at the municipal hall. From there, they’ll visit the Governor Ferrer Memorial National High School (Main), Governor Ferrer Memorial National Highschool (Biclatan Annex), General Alona Elementary School (Biclatan), and Dasmarinas National High School, to meet up and greet hundreds of students and faculty members eagerly waiting for them. The Super Inday lead star couldn’t contain her excitement at the prospect of setting foot again in Cavite. “This is a homecoming for me since I grew up and studied in Cavite,” says Marian. “I look forward to being with my kababayans once again.”
