Impressive ratings for Kapatid Shows

BECAUSE OF ITS IMPRESSIVE showing in the ratings even if the Happy Network under Manny Pangilinan is still new, TV5 gives back to its loyal Kapatids by bringing the best of what its top-rating weekend shows could offer before the year ends. “Talentadong Pinoy” comes up with a Christmas special on tomorrow (Sunday), 7:30pm with celebrities and Talentado ‘Hall of Famers’ as special guests: the Zion Show & Jon Avila, Leah Patricio & Pretty Trizsa, Beatbox Gor & Empoy Marquez, Makata Tawanan & Regine Tolentino, Wanlu & Brod Pete, and Joseph the Artist & Rufami. The New Born Divas and Joshua the Yoyo Tricker (with the Cr8 dancers) are also appear.

Meanwhile, Comedy King Dolphy’s top-rating Pidol’s Wonderland throws a special two-part episode on two Sundays (December 19 and 26), 5:30pm. Based on the Bible’s classic tale of sibling rivalry, “Si Josie at ang Mahiwagang Balabal,” tells the story of Josie played by Jewel Mische. Being their parents’ (Mr. Buboy Garovillo and Ms. Gloria Diaz) favorite, her brother (Tom Rodriguez) and sisters (Sunshine Garcia and Jade Lopez) would do everything to make life hard for Josie. Making this two-part episode more special is the appearance of industry veterans like Mr. Ronaldo Valdez, Ms. Boots Anson-Roa, Ms. Delia Razon and Ms. Susan Roces, plus other surprise guests.

To welcome 2011, the Anak TV’s Top TV Program Household Favorite is also brewing a grand New Year welcome bash on January 1 with the newest Kapatid star Jasmine Curtis doing her first dance number on TV.
