Steph Henares shines as a model in Malaysian Fashion Show

STEPH HENARES, host of “X Life” on Q Channel 11, was a headturner at the recent IMF ’10 Fashion Show in Malaysia during her stunning turn on the catwalk. With her slim frame and willowy figure, the 5’8” Steph was the only Pinay in that prestigious fashion event. Steph previously made it as one of the top 10 models in the 2008 Asian Supermodel contest in China. A PLDT MyDSL Watchpad ambassador, she started as a VJ on QTV and later became one of the VJ hosts of the Animax Channel in Singapore. Her mom, GMA Artist Center head Ida Henares, is understandably proud of her daughter’s accomplishments. When interviewed by a reporter in Malaysia about her Hollywood idols for fashion sense, Steph answered: Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen, and Sienna Miller. Her must-haves: boots; nice fitted pants; nice strappy heels that are four inches, and fitted shirts or loose but flattering shirts. There are Pinoy singing sensations abroad; local boxing heroes known around the world. Steph must have found her own stage. And it’s the fashion ramp.
