Krista Kleiner has no regrets about not bagging Miss International title

KRISTA KLEINER represented our country at the Miss International pageant in China. Is she sad that she didn’t bag the title? “No, because I gained so many good experiences in being given the chance to acknowledge my Filipino roots at ipagmalaki ang Pilipinas sa buong mundo,” she says. “I made a lot of friends and it’s really unforgettable, including the parades I joined and the visits to various historical and cultural sites in China.”

She was in the top 15 finalists and won two special awards: Miss Talent and Miss Expressive. The crowd really applauded her musical performance. She sang ‘Beauty Queen’, a song composed by her BF Jay-R who went there to give her personal moral support. Then she did some martial arts moves with a chako that made the audience roar with approval. Now that the pageant is over, she’s ready to resume her acting career with GMA-7.
