KRISTA RANILLO is due to deliver her first baby in April 2011. She and husband Jefferson Lim aka Nino also have their birthdays in April, Krista on April 27 and Nino on April 25. The ultrasound test showed that they will have a boy. They were married twice, first in a civil ceremony on July 14, then in an ecumenical wedding on Aug. 8 at a hotel in Long Beach, California. They plan to have a bigger wedding in Manila next year. This is Nino’s second marriage. The first one ended in divorce and he has three kids with his first wife aged 11, 8 and 5. His family owns the Island Pacific chain of supermarkets with nine branches all over California.
Also confirmed to be officially infanticipating is GMA’s Bakekang herself, Sunshine Dizon, who married Timothy Yap on March 20. In May, she thought she’s pregnant but it turned it’s a false alarm. This time, it’s for real and she was confirmed to be preggy in July. She stays in Angeles, Pampanga with her hubby whose family is based there. Like Krista’s husband, this is not Timothy’s first child as he also has a love child with a non-showbiz girl. Those who’ve seen Sunshine says she has gained so much weight. She has always had a battle with the bulge but this time, she doesn’t care if she got fat as long as her baby is safe. They don’t know yet what the gender of their baby is. “Maybe sa next ultrasound test ko, makita na,” she says.
